A note about credit cards. When credit card information is provided, you will always receive notice of any co-pay, coinsurance, and/or out of pocket charges to your account. We process billing during week days Monday thru Friday, and you will always be notified (via phone, email) about the statement and charges prior to processing. Credit card information is shredded 30 days following discharge from service.
